Shipping + Returns
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item provided that:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions, lashes, beauty tools, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used.
